| Monel 400 | Annealed | Ready for forming and machining |
| Monel K-500 | Aged | Final strength before shipment |
Identification
- Heat number on the plate where size allows, and on the tag
- Grade and condition on the tag
- Thickness and weight on the packing list
- NACE MR0175 stated on the certificate where it applies
